Punk ~ unconventional, anti stereotypical, blatantly sexy, fishnets

Patrician ~ aristocratic, elegant, discreetly sexy, veils

Punk vs Patrician?
How about Punk + Patrician?

Voilà ... a Cravat with all the trimmings to meet the approvals of both high society and rebels. Polished and provocative. Subtle yet sensual.

Contemporary Silvery Beige Lace in an Edwardian style (complete with scalloped hems) has been extensively embellished with Sequins in Rococo tendrils. In the middle, a Venetian Satin Appliqué gets seriously gorgeous as Glass Cubes create 3D trails here, there, everywhere.

Genteel ruffles of new Café Au Lait Beige Lace featuring Re-Embroidered Roses proffer a striking contrast against hardcore dangles of Swarovski Rhinestone Chains in a striking shade of Turquoise. Mind-blowing Peruvian Rhodocrosite Briolettes of AAA Grade add perfect finishing touches.

A final asymmetrical swag of Rhinestone Chain, draping from side to side, keeps both Blush Pink Tulle as well as lavish lengths of yet more lace, in place.

Reinforced with Italian Dupioni Silk, the collar portion is lined with the same pretty Silvery Beige Lace. Since she secures with Chocolatey Mauve Silk Lace Ribbons, Punk vs Patrician is utterly adjustable. Her frilly, lacey middle drops an approximate 7.75".

PUNK VS PATRICIAN is seamless as clearly evidenced from the pictures, with the exception of selected portions that have been intentionally prettied-up with fancy stitches.

All fabrics and findings used in Sheela Goh Couture designs (unless indicated otherwise) are antique and over 100 years old. In fact, some bits are authentic Edwardian and Victorian. Seriously. So please, do wear her with care and respect.

OOAK.
Dry clean only.
Stitched entirely by hand, with needle and thread.

Many thanks, Bear48 :) I wasn't too sure about this piece as I rarely (if ever) work with pastels and/or neutrals :)

It's a bit more subtle than what I usually do but it was a fun experiment :)
